Meet the Team

Nutritional Microscopist &
Lab Technician
Angela Thomas
Angela (“Ang”) Thomas blends scientific precision with a deeply holistic understanding of health. As a qualified Live Blood Analyst and trained Laboratory Technician, she brings over five years in the education sector and more than three years of hands-on experience in live blood observation and natural healthcare.
With a background in Hemaview microscopy and a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques, her work is grounded in evidence-based methodology and careful, skilled analysis.
Angela uses live blood analysis as a real-time window into internal health, identifying nutritional imbalances, inflammation, and early signs of dysfunction that may not always appear in conventional testing. Warm, clear, and highly educational in her approach, she helps clients understand how lifestyle, nutrition, and biochemistry shape overall wellbeing—guiding them toward practical, sustainable changes and long-term vitality.

Nutritional Microscopist &
Lab Technician
Gareth Hooten
Gareth Wootton is a live and dry blood analyst trained through the Neurogenesis Systems Live and Dry Blood Analysis programme. His path into this work is a personal one — after navigating his own experience with mould toxicity, he knows how isolating and overwhelming it feels to live with symptoms that are difficult to explain and hard to treat. That experience is at the heart of everything he brings to a session.
Gareth works with clients across a wide range of health concerns, including chronic fatigue, unexplained illness, mould and environmental toxicity, gut and digestive issues, and general wellness optimisation. His role is to provide thorough, accurate live and dry blood analysis — giving you and your practitioner a clearer picture of what's happening beneath the surface.
As part of Nutritionbygarrit , Gareth collaborates closely with the clinical team to ensure your analysis translates into meaningful next steps. If you've been searching for answers, you'll find in Gareth someone who genuinely understands the journey — and is committed to helping you move forward.
